All training sessions and programme will be tailored specifically to your needs.
A full health consultation will take place in your inital meeting and we will determine how progress will be monitored to help you achieve your goals.
Sessions can be designed to focus on fat loss, improving cardio vascular fitness, strength, flexibility and even a combination of all these elements. Your trainer will be there to keep you motivated throughout and the more commitment and hard work from you, the greater the results achieved.
A programme will be designed for the times your trainer is not there to ensure you are getting the best out of your work out time.
If you play a specific sport work outs will focus on improving your game. If you have a sporting challenge coming up Lois Fitness will get you to the start line in the best shape possible in the time available.
