Lois has really helped relieve tension in my shoulders and neck making doing my job a lot more comfortable. Photographing on a daily basis and then editing images leaves my neck, shoulders and back muscles tight. Reagular massage treatment and some work on my posture means I am managing this problem a lot better now.

Training sessions with Lois are not easy but they are really working for me. Her experiences within high level sport means she can relate to my previous career as a professional footballer. The sessions are well planned to add in elements of familiarity as well as exercises totally new and challenging. I have also been given helpful nutritional advice. After 2-3 sessions/week for 1 month I feel a lot fitter and have lost 12llbs. I’ve still got more to lose but am already ahead of targets we had set. Thanks Lois.

We had a lot of aches and pain when preparing for the London Marathon. We had regular massages before we ran in the Edinburgh Marathon and our legs felt a lot fresher during our preparations and we both ran personal bests in Edingburgh 08.
