Part of achieving a healthy body includes fueling your body with the right types of foods and having a diet which fits into your lifestyle. There are a couple of steps in the nutritional advice process Lois Fitness carries out.
Step 1 - You will be asked to keep a food diary.
Step 2 - You will meet to discuss this as well as other elements of your eating and drinking habits.
Step 3 - The food diary will be analysed and a report compiled with suggestions and recommendations on changes which could be made.
Step 4 - Second meeting to fully explain the recommendations and to construct a plan of action together to make some positive changes.
As well as providing nutritional education, practical suggestions will be made regarding shopping organisation and recipe ideas.
