About the Trainer

Lois Cresswell

My experiences in sport and fitness are varied which helps me relate to the variety of needs different clients have.

I have competed for Great Britain in the 400m whilst I was the captain of Loughborough University’s Athletics Team. I then went on to play on the wing for both Loughborough and England Students’ Women’s Rugby Team.
Keeping a training programme varied and interesting will help you stick to regular training. Also, having a challenge or specific goal to focus on keeps the motivation levels up. I’ll set and guide you through varied training sessions and we can set challenges together to help you reach your goals.

I am currently working with members at Esporta Health Club, Northampton. I also have all the equipment for you to be able to train at your own home or in any outdoor area - even in the winter!

Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy
Nutrition Advice for Physical Activity
